Refund Policy
Refund Policy
At DreamRocket, we stand behind the quality of our digital items and services. However, we understand that issues may arise. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted and when they will not apply
Item Is Significantly Different From Description
If an item purchased from DreamRocket is materially different from how it is presented in its description or preview, this qualifies as being “not as described.” We strive to be clear and transparent in representing the functionality, features, and scope of all our offerings. In the event that a product is significantly misrepresented, we are required to refund the affected buyer.
Item Does Not Function As Expected
If an item fails to operate as intended and the issue cannot be quickly or reasonably resolved, a refund will be issued. This applies when a defect or problem in the item would have reasonably prevented a buyer from completing the purchase had they known in advance. If the issue can be corrected, we will make a timely update to address it. If not, the buyer is entitled to a full refund.
Item Contains Security Vulnerabilities
Security is a priority at DreamRocket. If an item is found to contain a security flaw or vulnerability that cannot be promptly resolved, a refund will be issued. If the issue is correctable, we will release a secure update as soon as possible. However, if a patch is not delivered within a reasonable timeframe, we are obligated to refund those affected.
Promised Support Is Not Delivered
If we have explicitly stated that a product includes support (as defined in our Support Policy) and such support is not provided as promised, we will issue a refund to the buyer for the support component of their purchase
When Refunds Are Not Granted
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
-
The item closely matches the description and works as described.
-
The buyer no longer wants the product after purchase.
-
The product did not meet the buyer’s personal expectations.
-
The buyer is unhappy with current features but they were clearly stated prior to purchase.
-
The buyer changed their mind after downloading.
-
The purchase was made by mistake.
-
The buyer lacks the necessary knowledge or tools to use the item.
-
The buyer requests a refund for reasons of goodwill.
-
The item is no longer accessible due to removal or suspension.
-
The issue originates from an external API or third-party platform outside DreamRocket’s control.
-
More than 30 days have passed since the date of purchase.
Forced Refunds
DreamRocket reserves the right to process a refund at our sole discretion without a request from the buyer. In such cases, access to the software and any associated support will be revoked immediately by deactivating the purchase license
